Jibbidy sharpens photographs that are faded, blurred, soft or low-resolution. It does not repair physical damage such as tears, creases, scratches or stains. Results vary with the condition of the original, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome.

You keep all rights to everything you upload and everything we produce from it. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so — that the photograph is yours, or that you have permission from whoever owns it and from anyone identifiable in it.

You must not upload photographs of people who have not consented where consent is required, anything unlawful, or anything intended to deceive or misrepresent a person.

Credits are bought in one-off packs. One credit restores one photograph. Credits never expire. They are tied to your email address and are not transferable. There is no subscription and we do not store your card.

A failed restoration never uses a credit. Re-downloading a photograph you have already paid for is always free.

If a restoration comes out wrong, email hello@jibbidy.com within 30 days and we'll refund the pack in full. You keep the files. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We provide the service as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw it. We're not liable for indirect losses, and in any case our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
