Jibbidy is operated from the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right below, email hello@jibbidy.com.

• The photographs you upload, and the restored versions we produce from them.
• Your email address, but only if you buy credits. We never ask for it before that.
• A record of each restoration: when it happened, whether it was free or paid, and whether it succeeded.
• Basic technical information needed to prevent abuse: a hashed version of your IP address and an anonymous browser session identifier. We do not store your actual IP address.
• Payment records from Stripe: the amount, the date, and whether it succeeded. We never see or store your card details.

• Uploaded photographs are deleted 30 days after upload, automatically.
• Restored photographs stay in your account until you delete them.
• If you delete your account, everything is removed permanently and immediately.
• Payment records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your photographs are sent to fal.ai, our AI processing provider, purely to produce the restoration. They are not used to train any model. We do not sell, publish, share or license your photographs to anyone, for any purpose, ever.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive your card details.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email hello@jibbidy.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use one essential cookie to keep your session working and to count free restorations. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics that identify you.

If we change this policy we'll update this page and change the date below.
